How fills work
No first-come race. Fills happen in rounds, at one shared price.
1 · Orders arrive
Bids and listings land in any order. Being first buys you nothing — the round waits for everyone.
2 · Sort by price
Cheapest sellers rise to the top; highest buyers do too. Now the best matches sit across from each other.
3 · Find the overlap
Walk down both lists. A pair trades while the seller's price is at or below the buyer's — until they stop overlapping.
4 · Clear at one price
The overlap ends between $80 and $50, so the price is set halfway: $65. Everyone who trades settles there — one price for all.
Timing never decides
Everyone in a round is considered at once.
One price for all
Every buyer pays it; every seller receives it.
Honesty wins
Your true number can only help you, never hurt.
The market sets it
We don't pick the price, or pick favorites.
